CORN BEEF HASH CASSEROLE 
4 c. potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. onions, sliced
1 can corn beef hash
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. milk
Pepper and salt to taste

Layer in dish - potatoes, onions and corn beef. Mix soup and milk and pour on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
