BREAKFAST CORNED BEEF HASH &
EGGS
 
Saute 2 cans corn beef hash in iron skillet (or diced potatoes and 1 can corn beef), 10 minutes before finished flatten, make depression in pattern on top, lay eggs in each depression, top can be totally covered with eggs. Broil in oven until eggs are done.

Optional: Sprinkle couple drops Tabasco on each yolk, sprinkle top with grated cheddar cheese. Can serve 1 egg per depending on size of skillet. Serves 12 to 14 with 14" skillet.
