TEXAS ROAST BEEF HASH 
2 c. chopped cooked roast beef
2 lg. raw potatoes, diced
2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 c. beef stock
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine roast beef, potatoes, onion, garlic, stock, salt and pepper in a large heavy skillet. Simmer over medium heat until potatoes are tender and all liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
