CROCK POT TEXAS HASH 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 sm. onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 c. rice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook, covered on low for 6 to 8 hours, adding water if necessary. Yield: 8 servings.

I love Texas Hash and this crock pot version is great. Just put it in the crock pot and basically forget about it, just stir it every so often. I've even cooked it over night. I usually use dried onions and leave the peppers out, but it's still delicious.

This in the Crock-Pot now. I did add 1 clove minced garlic. I used Beef broth instead of water as needed. After five hours it seems to need a little more oomph! so I added 1/2 cup of Kroger Sweet Chili Sauce... Absolutely delicious. Will now be in my monthly rotation.
