CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. pkg. chicken breast fillets 1 can cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup 1/2-2/3 c. water 1/2 c. diced onion 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 lb. salted cashew nuts (6 oz.) 1 sm. can mushrooms, drained 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles Boil chicken fillets ahead of time. Cut chicken in cubes. Mix soup, water and rest of ingredients. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle a few noodles on top. Dot with butter. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6. |
