CHICKEN CASSEROLE CHINESE STYLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped celery
1 c. mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can, drained
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. broken cashew nuts
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. milk
1 (4 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Melt butter. Add onion and celery. Cook 10 minutes or until tender. Add rest of ingredients, except for the nuts and 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with nuts and 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. You can also use turkey, veal or any left over meat.
