CHINESE STYLE BEEF OR CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. beef or chicken
10 oz. pea pods
2 c. sliced celery
1 can (10 oz.) mushroom soup
1 c. rice, uncooked
2 tbsp. cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Stir fry chicken or beef until brown. Stir in onion, celery, salt, pepper, pea pods. Add cream to mushroom soup and then to meat mixture. Slow cook 4 to 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
