10 slices bread
1/4 c. raisins
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 sm. onion, diced

Melt butter in pan, add raisins, then put cut up bread in pan and stir until butter covers well all the bread, add 1 beaten egg, diced onion, and sugar. Mix well. Moisten dressing with little water or chicken broth. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until nice and brown on top. Serves 3 people.
