BAKED FRUIT DRESSING 
1 (15 oz.) apricot halves, drained
1 (15 oz.) can sliced pears, drained
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/3 c. raisins
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. light brown sugar (divided)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 slices white bread, toasted
3/4 c. butter, melted

Combine peaches, pears, pineapple, raisins, walnuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar and vanilla. Stir gently. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Arrange apricot halves on top. Cut bread slices into 1/2 inch cubes; sprinkle over fruit mixture.

Combine butter and remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar; pour over bread cubes. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm. 8-10 servings.
