2 c. cut up cooked turkey
2 eggs
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. (about 1 oz.) turkey or chicken gravy mix
1 1/3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Mushroom corn sauce (below)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place turkey in greased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Beat eggs, water and gravy mix; pour on turkey. Sprinkle turkey with stuffing mix, then with almonds. Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Top each serving with mushroom corn sauce.

MUSHROOM CORN SAUCE:

1 c. (12 oz.) whole kernel corn with sweet peppers
1 c. (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces (with liquid)

Heat all ingredients to boiling, stirring frequently.
