EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 egg
1 c. milk
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Tenderize and flatten chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Combine beaten egg and milk. Dip chicken into egg-milk mixture, and then into bread crumbs coating each side. Fry coated chicken in just enough oil approximately 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Place fried pieces in a rectangular baking pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and cover pan with foil.

Bake 50 minutes at 350°F. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered 10 more minutes.

I tried this recipe because my family enjoys chicken parmesan. I made the recipe with thin sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts negating the need to tenderize and I used grated parmesan and my family raved about it.

I just made this recipe and it was amazing!! Although I did only put half the jar on the chicken than made noodles and put the rest of the sauce on them. It was great though!!

I have used this recipe adding parmesan cheese to bread crumbs. I also use Basil on top of sauce. Very easy. My kids ask for this dish. Oh yeah, I also make a pasta on the side...penne, bowties, rigatoni..whatever is in the pantry
