CREAMY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. chopped onion 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 stick butter, melted 2 c. crushed corn flakes, for topping Defrost potatoes. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine all ingredients, except topping. Mix gently. Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
