CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) broccoli
4 slices rye bread
1 (2 1/2 oz.) thinly sliced smoked chicken
1 (6 oz.) sliced cooked ham
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 (10 3/4 oz.) chunky creamy mushroom soup
3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese

Rinse broccoli to thaw and separate; pat dry. Line bottom of 8x8x2 (microwave) dish with bread. Top with chicken, ham and broccoli.

Stir onion powder into soup; pour over all. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Chill overnight, if desired.

Cover dish with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on 50% power (medium) for 13 to 15 minutes (18-20 minutes if cold) or until heated through giving dish 1/2 turn once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
