OVEN FRIED PORK CHOPS 
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. corn bread stuffing mix
4 pork loin chops, cut 1/2-inch thick

Heat oven to 425°F. Place butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Place pan in oven about 3 minutes or until butter melts. Stir together egg and milk. Dip pork chops in egg mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place chops on top of melted butter in pan.

Bake 20 minutes. Turn.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until no longer pink.
