BROCCOLI - CORN BAKE 
1 (17 oz.) cream style corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs (12)
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. coarse cracker crumbs (6)
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion and 2 tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper. Turn into 1-1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine the 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
