CORN AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (thawed, but not cooked)
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. chicken flavored snack cracker crumbs
Onion, optional
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine butter and crumbs, reserving 1/2 cup and add remainder to thawed broccoli. Combine with corn and salt & pepper; pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour.
