2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt, spices and milk. Add butter to mashed sweet potatoes and blend with milk and egg mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until filling is firm. Makes 1 (8 inch) pie.
