VERY QUICK DROP BISCUITS 
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix and drop in greased pan. Bake until golden brown, which will vary from oven to oven but usually takes from 9-12 minutes.

Makes about 9 biscuits. Double recipe for 18 biscuits.

Great, simple recipe! I came across this when I didn't have all the standard ingredients and I honestly don't think I will use anything but this one anymore. It is perfect, not to mention you can add anything you want for added flavor, like garlic, cheddar and parsley.. Endless possibilities!
