DUMPLINS OR DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. all purpose flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. milk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt together with a fork. Then add milk and oil. Stir with a fork until it makes a ball in the bowl. For biscuits, spoon drop on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 450 for 10-14 minutes.

For dumplins, spoon drop them into a boiling stew of meat, vegetables or fruit. Cook for 15-20 minutes turning them one by one.
