DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. fat or shortening
3/4 c. fluid milk

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in fat with a fork or two knives until crumbly. Add milk. Mix enough to wet dry ingredients. Drop dough from a tablespoon onto greased baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees (a very hot oven) for 10-12 minutes until browned. Makes 12 biscuits.
