BROCCOLI-CORN BAKE | |
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, finely chopped, cooked & well drained 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs, 12 crackers 1 tbsp. instant onion 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt Combine the above and turn into 1 quart greased casserole. Top with 1/4 cup coarse saltine cracker crumbs (6 crackers) and 1 tablespoon butter, melted. Then bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6. |
