1 chicken, cut up
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 3/4 c. water

Put rice in large glass casserole. Mix soup and water together and add to rice. Place chicken on top and cover with seasoning mix (included in rice). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
