RHUBARB STRAWBERRY BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk

FILLING:

4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

TOPPING:

1/2 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add eggs and milk. Pat mixture into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover crust with rhubarb and sprinkle dry gelatin over fruit. mix together topping and sprinkle over rhubarb layer. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
