BEN'S FAMOUS BUFFALO PARTY WINGS
8 lb. chicken wings, split at joint, tips removed

DRY SEASONING:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 425°F. Clean and prepare approximately 8 pounds of chicken wings. Split the wings at each joint and discard the tips.

In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients.

Dredge chicken wings in this dry mixture and place on lightly greased cookie sheets.

Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes. Turn over chicken wings (I use a pigtail food flipper) and bake for another 30 minutes.

BUFFALO WING SAUCE:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 cups FRANK'S® Original RedHot hot sauce
1 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine sauce ingredients in a medium container/bowl.

In a large plastic bowl with lid, place a workable amount of baked chicken wings and coat with sauce. Repeat for remaining wings.

Toss vigorously, serve and enjoy!!!

Just the right amount of kick with a delicious sweet and spicy sauce. A new game day staple in my house. If you are lazy like me you can use the wings that are already cut up to make it even easier. Thank you for sharing!
