BEN'S FAMOUS BUFFALO PARTY WINGS | |
8 lb. chicken wings, split at joint, tips removed DRY SEASONING: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. sage 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. cayenne pepper Preheat oven to 425°F. Clean and prepare approximately 8 pounds of chicken wings. Split the wings at each joint and discard the tips. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Dredge chicken wings in this dry mixture and place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 425°F for 30 minutes. Turn over chicken wings (I use a pigtail food flipper) and bake for another 30 minutes. BUFFALO WING SAUCE: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 1/4 cup honey 2 cups FRANK'S® Original RedHot hot sauce 1 tsp. cayenne pepper Combine sauce ingredients in a medium container/bowl. In a large plastic bowl with lid, place a workable amount of baked chicken wings and coat with sauce. Repeat for remaining wings. Toss vigorously, serve and enjoy!!! Submitted by: Ben Colagrosso |
