SAUTEED SHRIMP 
1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled & deveined (tails may be left on)
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tsp. chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
Minced fresh garlic as desired
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. white wine

Combine above, toss and saute on top of stove until shrimp are cooked. Stir with spatula and serve. Dust lightly with 1 tablespoon fine bread crumbs and dash of paprika for color, if desired.
