BROCCOLI-CORN-CHEDDAR BAKE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
Salt
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained

Melt one tablespoon butter; mix with crumbs. Set aside for topping. Melt remaining butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Increase heat to medium and cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Remove from heat, stir in corn.

Cut broccoli spears into two or three pieces. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish. Pour corn mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until thoroughly heated and bubbly.

Makes 4 servings.
