FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (No. 2) can apricot halves, drained & chopped
1 c. seedless green grapes
3/4 c. English walnut pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 sm. (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping

Soften cream cheese at room temperature, mix with mayonnaise and beat until smooth. Stir in drained fruit sand nuts. Fold in whip topping. Spoon into 2 or 3 ice trays, cover tightly with foil and freeze without stirring. Slice in blocks to serve, on lettuce, without dressing. It may be frozen in square pan. Thaw a few minutes before serving.
