1 c. canned, crushed pineapple, drained
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. evaporated milk, whipped
1 doz. maraschino cherries, cut fine

Mix pineapple and sugar. Mash cheese and mix until smooth with mayonnaise. Fold in the whipped evaporated milk. Add cherries and pineapple. Freeze in a mold. Serve on lettuce with any salad dressing. Serves 6.
