1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix mayonnaise with cheese. Add fruit. Fold in Cool Whip and marshmallows. Pour in molds or dish. Freeze. Allow to thaw approximately 20 minutes before serving.
