VEAL & APPLE PATTIES 
1 dessert apple, peeled, cored & finely chopped
2 c. ground veal
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. flour
5 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. red wine

Mix together apples, meat, egg, salt and pepper. Stir well and add a little flour to bind the mixture. Shape into patties and coat with flour. Melt butter in large skillet. Fry patties on medium heat until browned on all sides. Add the wine, cover and simmer about 20 to 25 minutes.
