CINNAMON BAKED APPLES 
3-4 med. apples
1 c. white semi sweet wine
1 c. cinnamon mix (like what you put in tea)
Brown sugar

Cut apples in half and cut out core so they are shaped like a bowl. Place in baking pan. Put enough brown sugar in each "bowl" of apple to fill it. Mix wine and cinnamon mix together and pour over apples. Bake at 325 degrees until apples are tender, spooning mix over apples several times. Should take 20-30 minutes. Serve in bowls with extra juice.
