HERBED ROAST PORK 
1 (3 to 6 lb.) pork loin
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. nutmeg or mace

Rub meat with mixture of salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
