BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
4 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder

Combine and mix the 7 ingredients until well blended. Then pour mixture over 2 cups plain croutons. Cook 4 slices of bacon until crisp. drain and crumble over mixtures. Bake in 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch greased baking dish at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
