BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
1 c. croutons
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded sharp cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4-6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder

In greased 9x9 inch baking dish, place croutons and cheese. Mix other ingredients and pour over top. Fry out bacon, crumble and place on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 minutes or until set. Serves 4.
