BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned, drained, and cooled
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix all together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
