EGG & BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
12 oz. sausage
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
Black pepper
1 1/2 c. white sauce (follows)

Place eggs in buttered casserole. Season with pepper to taste. Brown sausage in a skillet. Sprinkle drained sausage over eggs. Pour white sauce over the sausage. Mix crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over the casserole. Place in 350 degree oven until heated. Serves 4 to 6.

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
