CRUNCHY BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE | |
2 c. seasoned croutons 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded 4 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard Bacon, crisp and crumbled In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. (May be prepared in advance or overnight.) Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 6 servings. |
