SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH 
Adjust quantities as desired. Best enjoyed with an ice cold beverage!

mild to medium hot sauce
frozen chicken breasts or fillets
hamburger buns
white cheese (preferably Swiss, but any will do)
ranch dressing (HIDDEN VALLEY®)
prepared mustard

Place chicken on tin foil inside of a oven safe cooking pan. Liberally apply (at own risk) hot sauce to chicken then spread with a utensil or silicone brush to make sure they are all covered with sauce.

Cook the frozen chicken to two minutes less then directed on package, remove and place thinly sliced cheese on top, place back into oven with buns inside the pan.

Remove, place buns on a plate and add Ranch to one side and mustard to the other, then remove tin foil with chicken and let sit two minutes. Place chicken inside bun and enjoy!
