GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. box of confectioners' sugar

Mix coconut and pecans, pour into well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 1 package German chocolate cake mix according to directions and pour on top of nut mixture.

In saucepan or microwave heat until warm: 1 stick butter and 8 ounces cream cheese. Stir in confectioners' sugar. Spoon over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. May be turned out of pan immediately or left in pan and turned upside down when served.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
