UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 box powdered sugar
1 German chocolate cake mix

Grease and flour 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle bottom of pan with pecans and coconut. Mix German chocolate cake mix according to directions on box and pour over pecans and coconut.

Melt 2 sticks of butter and mix with cream cheese and powdered sugar. "Frost" the cake batter with this mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake another 35 to 40 minutes.
