HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) extra wide noodles, cooked

Brown meat and onion. Add soups and vegetables. Let simmer a few minutes. If too thick, add about 1/2 cup water or cup of bouillon. Add cooked noodles. Pour into 13 x 9 inch casserole. Top with 1/2 lb. grated cheese. Bake about 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
