GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Grease a 9 x 13 inch sheet cake pan. Do not flour. Mix 1 cup coconut and 1 cup pecans. Spread over bottom of pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix according to instructions on box. Pour over coconut and nuts. Take 1 stick of butter, 1 (8 ounce) pack cream cheese and warm in microwave. Mix with 1 box powdered sugar. Drop by spoonfuls into cake, then swirl on top with spoon to make marble effect. DO NOT STIR INTO CAKE. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
