GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Spray pan with Pam after you have placed wax paper on bottom of pan. Mix pecans and coconut together and place in bottom of pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix according to directions and pour over pecan mixture. Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spoon over cake mix.

Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm. Cool completely before turning out.
