1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix

Mix these 2 ingredients and put into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 1 package German chocolate cake mix according to directions and pour on top of coconut pecan mixture.

In saucepan put 1 stick butter and 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened. Heat until mixture is warm enough to stir in 1 pound box confectioners' sugar. Spoon over top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes. Do not cut until cooled.
