EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
In case you're wondering, this recipe does not contain any flour. You will only need these 3 ingredients! A very easy recipe for the kids!

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup crunchy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Combine ingredients and mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased an cookie pan. Press with back of a fork. Press again in the opposite direction to make criss-cross marks.

Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.

I love this recipe! I add a bit of vanilla because we always have it here. We put chocolate chips in it also. Tastes similar to peanut butter cups, only better! (I don't like pb cups but love these). And yes, an awesome way to use up that wic pb!

My family and friends love this recipe, I need to warn all though that depeding on each and every oven and altitude, you must watch the cookies from 7 minutes on or you can burn them easily. That is our fault not the fault of the cook that gave us this recipe. Thank you for posting it!!!
