MOLDED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. hot cranberry juice, slightly sweetened
1 banana, cut up in sm. pieces
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped celery

Dissolve gelatin in cranberry juice. Cover banana pieces with lemon juice. Refrigerate gelatin mixture. When it begins to thicken, add other ingredients.
