MOLDED FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. sweetened, sliced strawberries
1 c. orange sections, drained

Soften cream cheese, beat in lemon juice and salt. Drain pineapple and sprinkle gelatin on syrup. Dissolve over hot water. Stir into cheese mixture. Add undrained berries, the pineapple, oranges and mix thoroughly. Chill until firm.
