MOLDED FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 1/3 c. hot water
1 c. fruit juice
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 (#303) can apricots
3/4 c. marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in hot water and add fruit juice. When beginning to set add marshmallows, pineapple and apricots cut in fourths. When completely set cover with a topping made of: 1/2 c. sugar 1 beaten egg 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. butter 1 c. whipped cream

Cook fruit juice, sugar, egg and flour until thick. Add butter. When cool add whipped cream.
