MOLDED FRUIT SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
4 c. water
16 lg. marshmallows
1 can pineapple tidbits (drained, reserve liquid)
4 chopped bananas
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. whipped cream

Boil 2 cups water. Pour over 2 packages Jello. Place 16 marshmallows in melted Jello. Place lid on pan and let melt. Add other 2 cups water (cold). Add pineapple. Add bananas. Pour into 9x12 pan. Let set.

Cook reserved pineapple juice (add water to make 1 cup), sugar and cornstarch until thickened. Add beaten egg and butter. Cook 2 minutes. Cool. Spread on set Jello and let set. Top with whipped cream.
