RHUBARB BARS OR A GOOD DESSERT 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. Carnation milk
Pinch of salt
3 egg yolks beaten (reserve whites)

Blend together the butter, flour (2 cups), 2 tablespoons sugar and press into 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over crust. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat egg whites. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over bars and sprinkle with coconut. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
